The Toutant Intellectual Competition Fund (TICF) is fundraising to provide support to USA based groups including the Partnership for Academic Competition Excellence (PACE), as well as at the international level for the Quiz Team of Liberia (after a first attempt stalled in the process of obtaining visas to travel)
